By the time the swedish landscape Scania belonged to Denmark, we had a queen by the name Margareta I , the so called Union Queen who ruled over both Denmark, Sweden och Norway during the 14th century until 1412.
The name Estelle comes from Estelle Bernadotte, wife to Folke Bernadotte who helped
prisoners from the nazi concentrationcamps to the safety in Sweden. These refugies
came first to Helsingborg.
